Volunteer at a concert for one evening and transform the world for orphaned and vulnerable children. When you volunteer with Holt at Winter Jam, the work is simple, but the impact is so great.

Since our founding in 1956, we have worked toward our vision through programs that preserve and strengthen families that are at risk of separation; by providing critical care and support to orphaned and vulnerable children; and by leading the global community in finding families for children who need them and providing the pre- and post-adoption support and resources they need to thrive.
Sponsorship lifts a child and family out of crisis and sets the course for a sustainable long-term solution to the hardships they face. And every year, Winter Jam is one of our greatest opportunities to promote child sponsorship and adoption. When you help to sign up new child sponsors at Winter Jam, you are taking the first step to helping families thrive and empowering children to reach their full potential.
Winter Jam is a 10-band concert tour that visits nearly 60 cities throughout the country and features some of the most popular Christian artists. As a Winter Jam volunteer, you help sign up new child sponsors, share info on adoption and attend the concert for free! You can even bring your family and friends. We need hundreds of volunteers at each location but many venues fill early so register now!
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be age 16 or older with a current email address and mobile number.
- Please be prepared to stay for the duration of event. Volunteer arrival departure times are either 3-10 p.m. or 4-11 p.m.
- Groups are welcome! Please direct group members (16 or older) to register independently!

Around the world, we work toward our vision by providing individualized, child-focused services in 13 countries in three main program areas:
FAMILY STRENGTHENING: Our first priority is always to strengthen and preserve struggling families, whenever possible. Through nutritional, financial, health, education and counseling services, we provide the tools and resources families need to grow stable and self-reliant - addressing the root causes of child abandonment, and creating a safe, supportive environment for children to grow and thrive.
ORPHAN & VULNERABLE CHILDREN CARE: We ensure that children who have been orphaned, abandoned or separated from their families receive the highest quality care while we work to reunite them with their families or unite them with a loving adoptive family. We do this through a holistic program of medical, nutritional, educational and psychosocial services tailored to fit their individual needs and carried out in a nurturing environment.
ADOPTION SERVICES: When adoption is the best option for a child, we first strive to find a domestic adoptive family in the country of the child's birth. When international adoption is the best route to a stable, loving family, our expert team of adoption professionals works across the U.S. to find the family best suited to care for each child's unique needs. And through pre- and post-adoption support and resources, we work to ensure lifelong success for both children and their families.
