The third annual Seattle Children’s Festival , put on by Northwest Folklife is coming up on Sunday, October 9th and we are looking for a team of bright and energetic volunteers to help greet the patrons, run the info booths and help with the workshops! This will be very similar to last year.
The Seattle Children’s Festival is a one-day, multi-cultural festival held on Seattle Center grounds, "Celebrating Our Big Neighborhood ".
Like Folklife , there is no admission charg e thanks to community donations and our awesome volunteers , and we need your help to carry that Folklife spirit throughout the year!
Volunteers mu st be friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy being around children.

Description
Northwest Folklife is a year-round nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for all people to appreciate, share, and participate in the evolving traditions of the Pacific Northwest. Every year since 1971 we have presented the Northwest Folklife Festival in Seattle Center on Memorial Day Weekend.
