Help empower young Mexican women with Mariposas as a Social Media Coordinator!
The Social Media Coordinator increases the flow of traffic to social media platforms through an effective social media strategy and regular social media outreach. This role utilizes marketing expertise to promote the mission of Mariposas.
Tasks: Setting a plan/goals. Posting/engaging on social media accounts (facebook, twitter, pinterests). Working with others to successfully manage social media accounts. Efforts could be geared towards just one social media account or multiple.
Responsibilities: Create and execute a social media campaign. Collaborate with other members of the team. 1-2 hrs/wk.
Skills/Experience: Experience and/or education in social media marketing as a whole, or any individual social media hub.

Mariposas currently runs four main programs: Camp Mariposas - an annual educational and empowerment camp designed to introduce young women to the world of educational possibilities and provide them with a variety of tools to promote healthy and productive change in their lives and their communities, Club Mariposas, Environmental Service Adventures, and Scholarships
