Purpose of the role:
Manage the Admin activities related to Recruitment with the team of enthusiastic recruiter volunteers.
Reporting: Associate Director : Recruitment & Job Processing
Role Description:
Experience in creating & analysis reports
Share recruitment reports weekly basis
Assist recruiters with the data sheets
Monitoring generic ids and share emails with respective recruiters
Requirements: Minimum of 5 hours per week and be responsive to emails within three (3) calendar days. Attending meetings as per the plan.
