An Access Coach mentors a group of low-income high school students, providing SAT prep and guidance through the college admissions process.
Requirements:
- Commit to Coaching one night a week, three hours per night for a semester, as well as one hour of prep time per week
- Ideally scored above a 500 on the SAT subject you are teaching
- Serve as a role model and guide for high school students (work with approximately 5 students in your group)
- Show a genuine interest in working with and teaching high school students

Description
Let's Get Ready provides high school students from historically underrepresented and underserved backgrounds with free SAT preparation, admissions counseling, and other support services needed to gain admission to and graduate from college. Services are provided by volunteer college students who also serve as role models and mentors.
