It’s time for the 4h Annual Community Health Care and Health Screenings for All about Change at Rochester Community Betterment and Grace Community Church on Saturday August 25 th, 2018 from 9:30am to 2pm Please join us in activities such as

· Health Screenings for diabetes, Blood pressure, BMI, and Cholesterol Screenings

· Variety of topics from other vendors and exhibitors

· Free Meal for Volunteers and Participants

· Kickball tournament for families

· Activity tables for children

· Prizes for children

· Bounce house for the children

· Raffle Prizes- Chance to win cash and/or Fitbit

· Community Family Picnic

· And many other activities
The Purpose of our health fair is to help make the residents of the neighborhood aware of the benefits of healthy lifestyles as well as provide education to those who suffer chronic disease such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and high cholesterol.

In addition to providing awareness the health fair also invite other community resources to the event to share what other resources are available.

Description

Rochester Community Betterment created by Laura and Woody Roberts after the death of their son from lack of quality health and community resources. The agency provides educational/ self- sufficiency classes, resource referrals, after school program and tutoring services for youth grades K -12
