My Buddy & Me

My Buddy & Me is searching for an Online Communications Volunteer to support its efforts by increasing public engagement through social media, the organizational website and branded collateral.

The Online Communications Volunteer will:

  • Develop digital materials for organizational events and activities (flyers, handouts, etc.)
  • Manage social media activity and expand online networks through Facebook
  • Generate and update website content
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and appearance online

Qualifications:

  • Communications and marketing experience
  • Knowledge of key social media outlets (primarily Facebook)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail
  • Website maintenance skills (particularly Squarespace)
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, professional and flexible
