Horizon Hospice is currently looking for Hospice "Minutemen" Volunteers (ready in a minutes notice). As a member of our "Minutemen" team you would join a team of on-call volunteers who are willing and able to provide assistance to a patient and/or caregiver on short notice. (The service typically provided is respite and occurs when a patient is unable to be left alone and only occurs occasionally.)
