The Family Partnership is currently seeking a reliable, accurate, and detail oriented Data and Evaluation Volunteer to aid the Programs and Operations Department in a variety of areas, including maintaining ClientTrack database records, running monthly/quarterly reports for data quality, and creating online trainings for users of the database. In addition, the volunteer will gain knowledge regarding the many aspects of The Family Partnership and its partner organizations, will be exposed to nonprofit operations, and will gain experience supporting office administration and data management under the mentorship of our staff.

Intern will learn and be exposed to:

  • Real world knowledge of how to work with many database users and manage database records
  • Hands-on strategizing and planning with Data and Evaluation Coordinator
  • Participation in monthly meetings with multiple nonprofit database managers


  • Run monthly/quarterly quality control reports
  • Maintain and evaluate progress of users and data quality using a dashboard
  • Create and upload training videos for users of the database
  • Create program-specific training manuals based on agency training manual


  • Must be motivated, organized and possess good communication skills
  • Must be reliable, accurate and detail oriented
  • Database experience desired. (volunteer will be trained on ClientTrack Database)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software desired
  • Experience with creating and uploading training videos desired
  • Must pass background check

Time Commitment:

  • 5 hours per week with flexibility around volunteer’s schedule
