Come share your time with our residents. You have the opportunity to enrich the lives of our seniors by spending one to one time with them on a regular basis. You can make a huge difference in the life of someone who needs a little TLC. We are especially looking for volunteers in the afternoons, evenings and weekends. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine is required for volunteering.

Hammond Health Services is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 50 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing healthcare environment.
Hammond Health Services serves St. Croix, Polk, Pierce and Dunn Counties. We are located in a peaceful and scenic area overlooking the Hammond Golf Course and Village Park. Heritage Court is located next door. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

- One hour: one, two or three days per week,
- Minimum commitment: three months. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination required for all volunteers. Must be willing & able to wear a medical mask and have periodic Covid-19 testing done, provided by facility, when volunteering
