Generation One is seekinga one year commitment from an Americorps VISTA Development Associate to do the following:

• Build out policies and procedures surrounding the Development department
• Assist in configuration of Salesforce (donor management platform)
• Categorize donors into classifications and assist the team in building connection and engagement
• Create and establish standard and specific communications materials
• Develop training and marketing tools to engage and communicate effectively with partners
• Be a team member on the Development team
  • Assist with upcoming development events
  • Assist with building relationships with donors and prospects
  • Update Salesforce (donor/partner management system) knowledge of Sales Force to track Generation One grant writing activities
  • Assist in developing and implementing the End of Year Campaign
