Every year the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia hosts an annual dinner to highlight the accomplishments of our students over the course of the year as well as to fundraise for our annual campaign. The event this year will be a whole new experience from past years. We are planning on running a "mock club" so that members of the community who have not had the chance to experience our after-school program have an opportunity to do so. There will also be a mini-silent auction, a cocktail hour, and presentations from club members and representatives.
We will need a number of people from the community to make this event a success, so we could really use your help! If you would be interested in working during the event itself or helping our volunteers and staff to set up and decorate the event, please reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator Jacob Berghuis through his email or office extension.
