Do people always tell you that you have a special way with animals?

Do you enjoy making an animal happy and patient enough to gain their trust?

How would you like to work with rescued rabbits to organize and supervise their play times?

REQUIREMENTS

You MUST be able to follow very specific instructions on how to handle rabbits, how to care for them, how to set up and break down the play areas.

Must be confident in handling possibly "cranky" rabbits if given training.

Detail oriented in notating which rabbits have gone out when and which still need play.

Not allergic to hay, dust or animal dander

Physically capable of climbing stairs while carrying supplies.

Keeps work space clean and tidy

Weekday afternoon volunteers specially requested, but let us know when you are available.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a petting zoo, but rather an operating animal rescue and sanctuary with injured, abused, neglected and traumatized rabbits in various stages of rehabilitation and adoptability.This is not an appropriate volunteer opportunity for children --even with supervision from a parent or adult.

Teens may choose to work together if approved by SaveABunny Manager.

This volunteer opportunity complies with school and traffic court community service hours.
