We are currently looking for Event Volunteers who will assist the Events Manager and Marketing team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to internet research and event planning/execution. Day-to-day tasks will vary from internet research, general administrative duties, gift bag assembly, setting up and breaking down for staff and patient events and working on special projects as needed.
Halloween is a busy time at Eisner and we have a number of events planned for our staff as well as patients. The Event Volunteers will assist with sorting and organizing the costumes donated for our pediatrics patients Costume Drive, creating and setting up decorations for the staff Pumpkin Carving, Photo and Costume Contests as well as the all-employee Halloween Movie Night and Dessert Potluck, Pediatrics Patients Spooky Story Time and Patients Trick or Treating. The Events Volunteers may also be asked from time to time to assist with Marketing and Communications tasks such as newsletter research, social media posts, and collateral creation/printing.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we serve as a safety net for the most vulnerable in LA County and are on the frontlines of providing care in some of our most underserved neighborhoods. Encompassing 16 sites throughout Downtown, Central, South Los Angeles, and the San Fernando Valley, we provide vital services every year to approximately 50,000 individuals and families. Our services include comprehensive medical, dental, nurse midwifery and OB/GYN services, prenatal education, pharmacy, optometry, behavioral health care, as well as case management and referral services.
