Many of our clients work hard to form a violent-free life for themselves, and attending support group is often a part of that.
We provide the space, the toys, and the snacks! Our support groups are currently in limbo as we restructure them to best serve our clients' needs. Part of the restructuring includes expanding our pool of available child care volunteers. Our volunteers are scheduled on a rotation as-needed, and we work completely around your schedule (some volunteers help once a month, some are available more often).
Aside from support groups, child care is also needed for shelter and outreach clients when they attend job interviews, court appointments, etc..
It is a rotating schedule. The first Tuesday of every month; start time is 5:45- 8:15 pm
The second and fourth Monday of each month; start time is 6:15-8:05 pm
