We have an opportunity for a volunteer to ensure that valuable food does not go to waste!
Harris Teeterin Asburn-43315 Crandall Square donates leftover food to Cornerstones. The volunteer would pick up the food from Harris Teeter and deliver it to our food pantry in Reston.
It wouldn't be every day (only those days where Harris Teerter lets us know there is food available for pick up.
Volunteers must be 18 years old or older.

Description
Cornerstones helps individuals and families survive tough economic times in an already high cost-of-living community. Through advocacy and support services, we connect our clients to the vital resources they need to build more self-sufficient lives. Our success comes from a comprehensive array of programs, wrap-around services that solve urgent or on-going requirements for housing, childcare, food or financial assistance all with the goal to sustain healthy families, secure housing, and financial independence.
