The Boston Step Out event team is looking for volunteers to help with some the behind the scenes event prep leading up to our signature walk event on October 15th. Volunteers can come any day and at any time between 9:00am-5:00pm. If this time frame is not ideal, we can be flexible. prep work includes sending out mailings, helping create decorations for the event, labeling and packing gift bags, printing name badges, helping organize signage and laminating signs! If interested, you can also have the opportunity to call participants and thank them for all their fundraising efforts before the walk!
This is a great opportunity for people who are interested in learning more about event planning and management, especially for non-profit organizations!
