Festival of Trees & Lights Day After Volunteers Needed

7 am to finish (approximately 10 or 11 am) Loading of Trees & Supplies onto trucks. Very Labor Intensive, do not volunteer if you are pregnant, have health or back issues. Casual work/comfortable clothing and shoes. South Point Grand Ballrooms A & B
Approximately 10 am to 4 pm or finish. MUST COMMIT TO ALL DAY as you will on a tree delivery truck with a driver all over town. You will be returned to the South Point. Delivery of Christmas Trees all over town with driver for Festival, will have to unload trees, lift off trucks, placement/delivery of trees to winning bidder destination, requires heavy lifting. Very Labor Intensive, do not volunteer if you are pregnant, have health or back issues. Casual work/comfortable clothing and shoes. Although you will not be the driver, you must have a valid drivers license to ride in the truck. Lunch will be provided. We only need 4 volunteers. One to ride with each truck.
Suggest Parking in the South Point Parking Garage.

Description
The vision of the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada is for individuals with Down syndrome to be accepted in the community and respected for their abilities and contributions.
The DSOSN is a non-profit organization comprised of families with a child who has Down Syndrome or other, more rare chromosomal abnormalities, and others who are interested in Down syndrome. We are affiliated with the National Down Syndrome Congress, The National Down Syndrome Society and the National Association for Down Syndrome.
