Donate Life Texas partners in San Antonio are hosting a special ceremony called The Giving Tree for the families of organ, cornea and tissue donors. During the ceremony families will have the opportunity to place a customized ornament in honor of their deceased loved one an a holiday tree at Ingram Park Mall.

Volunteers are need to help with set-up, registration table, refreshment table, and break-down.

Founded in 1965 to meet the growing need for corneal tissue in San Antonio and surrounding areas, the San Antonio Eye Bank has helped restore sight to the blind for over 50 years throughout South Texas.

San Antonio Eye Bank, is a non-profit organization that reaches out to the community with innovative programs designed to increase awareness about the importance and need for donated corneal tissue for transplant.
