The Go Red For Women Luncheon is an annual fundraiser that hosts 400+ healthcare executives and business leaders in the community. The luncheon is on September 25th from 10:30am-1:30pm at The Sentinel Hotel (614 SW 11 th Avenue, Portland). These are the volunteer areas that are currently being filled:
o Set-Up (Monday, September 24th)
o These volunteers will aid in setting up the venue prior to the event on Tuesday, September 25th.
§ 1:00pm-5:00pm
o Check-In
o Volunteers working Check-In will greet guests and check them into the event. This will include, but is not limited to taking credit card information, taking down any missing contact information, and giving guests their program and event collateral.
§ 9:00am-12:30pm
o Greeting
§ 9:30 am-12:00pm
o Expo
o Volunteers within the Expo will assist with flow and encourage guests to get their passport stamped.
§ 10:00am-12:00pm
oExpo Flip/Clean-Up/Check out
§12:00-2:30pm
o Volunteers will help clean up the expo area and ball room as guests leave and the program is over.
