Make A difference Day is an event The Senior Hub hosts annually. Each year we ask for larger groups of 5/6 people to help older adluts with a yard clean up. This Fall Cleanup gives homebound seniors, a chance to have volunteers come to their homes and help get their yards ready for Winter.
Our event this year is Nov. 12, 2016 from 9am-1pm. Please contact Jessica Gonzalez at jgonzalez@seniorhub.org or 720.859.2248 for more information or if you and your group would like to participate!
**Will need to provide your own yard tools**
A senior in your community needs you! Help give them the chance to look at a beautiful yard before the snow hits.

Description
We assist older adults in their homes with chores they find it difficult to do such as light housekeeping, shopping and errands, pet care, business help, and yard help. We always friendly visit with the seniors along with helping them around the house.
