We are in our standardizing our programs to serve a larger number of women focused
organizations in the US and Globally.
We are looking for a talented dedicated professional to help us revise and align our evaluative
tools and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- a professional with experience in evaluation as set forth by the ADDIE model of curriculum development and design and/or relevant methods.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative instruments to evaluate training for quality and effectiveness
- Experience constructing training evaluations to gain information about satisfaction and acquisition of skills
You will work in collaboration with Program Director and have the opportunity to be part of a
fabulous forward thinking group of women who believe it is all possible!

WGLI is a non-profit organization, founded in 2008 and dedicated to unlocking the leadership potential of women who want to make a difference. Our goal is to create a community of women with the confidence and determination to serve as leaders in personal, professional, community, regional and national spheres of influence. By addressing women’s needs for community, support, and education, we believe that they will become credible, active decision-makers who will facilitate positive changes in their families, communities, and the world.
