Raffle Tickets Sales, throughout the evening and program channel your inner used car salesmen and sell, sell, sell!
Auction Item Monitor, for the first half of the evening you will assist bidders and watch designated auction areas, for the second half you will be closing areas and packaging items.
Raffle Table Monitor, supervise raffle items, check winning tickets, distribute prize to kids.
Registration/ Check Out- You will greet guest help them receive their bidder number and help them receive and pay for their items at the end of the evening.
Wear comfortable shoes and khaki or black shorts or pants, t-shirt will be provided.
All Volunteers Break Down/Clean up, Package jones sodas, collect unused materials, heard signage and frank sticks.
Dinner will be provided for all volunteers

Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson serves over 8,000 youth ages 7 - 17 at six clubhouses in Tucson. We employ youth development professionals supplemented by part-time staff and volunteers, and offer daily access to a broad range of programs in five core program areas:
