About

Seeking a volunteer to assist library staff with projects and complete various administrative tasks. All tasks will support the mission of the State Library to provide quality information services to Oregon state government; provide reading materials to blind and print-disabled Oregonians; and to provide leadership, grants and other assistance to improve local library services for all Oregonians.

Examples include:

  • Filing
  • Data entry (MS Excel)
  • Stuffing envelopes
  • Creating informational packets
  • Organize systems such as paper files and electronic documents
  • Converting VHS tapes to DVDs
  • Creating photo albums
  • Researching topics for newsletters

Schedule is flexible with regards to days of the week and number of hours, however, must occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
