Back to Humanity's (BTH) mission is to end human trafficking by empowering survivors, raising awareness, and advocating for change.
We are looking for a Fundraising and Development consultant to help us create a strong and sustainable fundraising and development strategic plan. We would like help in identifying our next major steps with a one year, three year, and five year mark. Back to Humanity is a very new organization working against the sex trafficking of women and children. We are a small group that is looking to grow. So far we have launched a few classes for survivors of human trafficking. We need to have the capacity to expand the much needed resources and launch advocacy programs. We have compiled a list of potential grant makers we think are a good match for our work. We have also created a business plan that we could potentially work off of.
Time Requirement: 5-15 hours.

Back to Humanity provides resources essential for professional development, healing and empowerment.
We advocate that true rehabilitation addresses the mind, body and spirit and that only a multi-faceted approach can begin to repair the extensive physical and psychological trauma faced by survivors. Effects can range from depression to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Unfortunately, there is a lack of necessary resources available to help facilitate holistic rehabilitation, and therefore Back to Humanity has developed meaningful programs to support survivors.
