This position provides hands-on experience in various facets of event planning and implementation, volunteer management, development, and community outreach. It will offer experience in the use of current business and development technologies including the use of a PC computer and various software applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Greater Giving (fundraising software).
Desired Qualifications
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Knowledge of basic business processes such as internet use, making and answering phone calls, data entry, etc.
This position may qualify for college credit depending on school/university requirements. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check. There is no compensation for this internship.
