Man Power Volunteers are needed at the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada (DSOSN) to unload supplies and Christmas Trees from the loading dock at the South Point Hotel & Casino to the 2 nd Floor Ballrooms.
Numerous volunteers are needed for this very labor intensive volunteer Opportunity.
Volunteer will have to park in the parking garage or outside and proceed to the lower level loading dock - located in the back of the South Point on the South/West side.
Time commitment is from 6 am until approximately 4pm pm on 11/15/2016.
Shifts are also available. Most important is the unloading from 6 am to approximately 12 noon or 1 pm.
Volunteers will also be accepted from 12 noon to 4 or 5 pm for set-up.
Refreshments will be provided.
This is a labor intensive volunteer opportunity.
Heavy lifting involved.
Do not volunteer if you have health or back issues or are pregnant.
If you have working gloves, please bring them.

The vision of the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada is for individuals with Down syndrome to be accepted in the community and respected for their abilities and contributions.
The DSOSN is a non-profit organization comprised of families with a child who has Down Syndrome or other, more rare chromosomal abnormalities, and others who are interested in Down syndrome. We are affiliated with the National Down Syndrome Congress, The National Down Syndrome Society and the National Association for Down Syndrome.
