Volunteer and help raise money at the 2016 San Francisco Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes event by the American Diabetes Association, at The Great Meadow at Fort Mason in San Francisco, CA!

Massage Therapists will p rovide brief massages to muscle-weary walkers after they cross the finish line. They will be so grateful!

The San Francisco Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes is a 5K Walk or Fun Run that includes:
- world class destination views along San Francisco's waterfront
- nutritious, delicious snacks
- music
- event t-shirt
- and more!

This event honors the Red Striders (participants with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes) and can have a positive impact on the mission to prevent and cure diabetes and improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. Participants of the event are committed to walk and raise money in this inspirational event for the millions of Americans with pre-diabetes and diabetes.
