What: The 6th Annual Hamilton Halloween Hoopla, a spook-tacular carnival of food, fun, and games.
When: Friday, October 28 th , 2015 - The event starts at 6:00pm and ends at 8:30pm. Volunteers are needed between 4:30pm to 9:30pm . Available shifts are 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-8:30, and 8:30-9:30pm. You will be able to see all available shifts after you complete the volunteer application and create your volunteer account.

Hamilton's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is putting on the 7th Annual Hamilton Halloween Hoopla. The Hamilton Halloween Hoopla Committee has requested volunteers to help with set-up, decorating, serving food, running carnival games etc., and clean-up.
We need an amazing amount of volunteers to make this community carnival a success. We are looking for as many community and high school student volunteers as we can so that parents can enjoy the evening with their kids.
We would like all volunteers to wear costumes to add to the festive atmosphere, but it is not required. If you do decide to get into the "spirit", please keep costumes kid friendly. No weapons, nothing violent, and nothing "gross". Thank you!

You are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as fit your schedule.
Due to the handling of money, additional approval is required for those that sign up for selling tickets, which is adults only. This process will be completed after you sign up.
