Kindred Hospice volunteers are indispensable members of our hospice team. We provide exceptional care to our patients and families, serving them with dignity and compassion. Your caring heart and time will brighten a patient's day--with only a few minutes as a cheerful visitor can make a lasting impression on patient's life.

WHAT VOLUNTEERS CAN DO
--Visit patients in a facility or in their homes.
--Read to a patient who otherwise might not have access to favorite books, magazines or newspapers.
--Play an instrument or listen to music.
--Share stories and memories.
--Simply be present with a patient, offering comfort just by being there.

Looking for patient care volunteers in the Spokane County area. Come join our hospice team and contribute to enriching lives. We are seeking people with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to easing the end of life journey for patients and their families/caregivers. Training provided. Description

Kindred Hospice is a team of professionals who provide care to patients and families with end of life needs. As key members of the care team, volunteers expand and enhance hospice services for our patients. Volunteers bring special skills and talents to share with patients, and offer comfort through companionship visits, administrative assistance and special projects for patients and their families.
