About

Every Wednesday from 9 am - Noon. (Except: Jan. 4)

Winter is here so come channel your inner lumber jack as we cut down the invasive shrub Asian honeysuckle and burn it in a bonfire!

We'll wander off-trail to maintain this high quality oak woodland by removing invading plants. You'll get up close and personal with the hills and ravines, seeing what others miss. Plus it's a good workout.

Without our active involvement, the honeysuckle will continue to take over the woods, killing off the native flowers and grasses and even stopping the oak trees from reproducing.

We provide the bowsaws, loppers, and gloves plus the knowledge to guide your contribution.
