Are you bilingual in Urdu and English? With your help, a homeless adult can get the counseling and support needed to find housing, jobs and work toward self-sufficiency. This is a 30-45 day short-term need.
Interpreters must be flexible to assist during weekday daytime meetings (9am - 5pm) and occasional evenings. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Bailey's Crossroads Community Shelter serves single adults experiencing temporary homelessness in the Fairfax County/Falls Church area.
