The lead volunteer will be an assistant to the volunteer coordinator. They will help to make sure that weekly volunteer shifts are covered and food rescue supplies are in stock. They will lead volunteer training sessions if needed, and help with volunteer recruitment and welcoming new members. The lead volunteer will also help to ensure volunteer contact info and documentation (waivers etc.) are complete and up-to-date.

This can usually be anytime -- evenings, weekends, weekdays... You can work from anywhere. For the lead volunteer and grant writer positions, you would attend staff meetings every other week (1 hour long), at least 1x per month.
