The Center for the Integration & Advancement of New Americans (CIANA) is a social services organization that works to integrate new immigrants from South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa into American society, help them adjust to American life and culture, and assist in their economic and social advancement. The tutoring program aims to help immigrant children in middle school succeed academically by providing homework help and educational support. We are looking for volunteers who will commit to tutoring on weekdays from 3.30-6.30 PM. Tutors will work closely with students to improve their English, math, reading, and writing skills.

We are looking for culturally sensitive, enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy working with children.

No previous experience necessary but past tutoring is a plus.
