Intern will be responsible for executing the program sessions as agreed upon with the program coordinator and director. Intern will have to make presentations on various topics and optimize program content by finding ways to best engage the students in pursuit of the outlined learning objectives for a given session. Intern will also be responsible for qualitative assessments of student progress and keeping track of individual student performance.

Anticipated Learning: Leadership facilitation, nonprofit program management, budgeting and fiscal management, nonprofit program design, nonprofit program evaluation

  • Orientation or Training
  • 3-5 hours every other week
  • self starter, passionate about working with youth, international travel experience is a plus
