Our Mascot Chaka is competing in King Pet's Cutest Cat Contest where the prize is up to $1000. She's currently in 46th Place (She started at 1600th place)!!!
If she wins, the prize money will benefit the following:
- $200 to Nu Sigma Theta's Teen Program
- $350 to Kingdom City Fellowship's Youth, Music and Arts Ministries
- $100 to the Center for Animal Care and Control (Brooklyn New York)
- $200 to be split among Nu Sigma Theta's other charities (American Diabetes Association; Wounded Warrior's Project; James E. Davis Stop Violence Foundation)
- $100 to Nu Sigma Theta's Scholarship Fund (which will be awarded to the teen member who has performed the most hours of community service).
She'll buy catnip and stuff with whatever's left. We think it's honorable that she was willing to donate so much :)

The mission of MJHS is to aid in the provision of quality education and sound character building programs for young people.
Description
Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
