Time commitment: 5-7 hours for event (includes volunteer orientation/training, setup, and takedown time)
In addition to our regular programming, Mirror Image Arts holds different events throughout the year, not only to raise funds to support our operations, but also to raise awareness and celebrate with our many supporters.
We are currently looking for volunteer support for our 4th annual I Got Your Back! fundraising event at Converge Denver. The event is from 6p-9p on October 15th. There will be setup (1.5 hrs before event) and clean up time (30 min post event) that adds to the total time commitment. We will also need all volunteers associated with this event to be available for an hour to an hour and half orientation/training session the day before or day of event.
As a member or this Event team, you would provide organizational and operational support during the execution of an event including event day set-up, guest assistance and registration and clean up.
Event volunteers work under the direction of various members of the event committee, staff or other volunteers, who will provide task-specific training.
