Trusted Clothes is a local nonprofit made up of committed and talented volunteers working to combat the issues affecting the garment and textile industry. We are looking for the right candidate who will gain professional experience that can count towards future employment. The HR Coordinator ensures that the organization remains well staffed at all times by helping with recruitment and retention initiatives which include; posting jobs on job sites, attending career fairs, conducting interviews, having the ability to match interested volunteers with opportunities that suits their skill set, and/or train new volunteers on existing software/programs. This individual would need to be detail oriented and organized, as this position requires the management of multiple projects at once. The selected candidates will maintain communications with previous, current and potential volunteers to ensure that they are properly informed of future/ongoing projects and who can serve as advocates for our mission to promote ethical, sustainable and healthy fashion. Trusted Clothes will provide the selected candidate with mentorship, professional experience and references for future opportunities. We will also train you on ERP and CRM software.
