UPDATE: VOLUNTEER POSITIONS NOW OPEN!
Our Healthcare Fundraising Gala is a celebration and call for giving. Please be a part of the cause! A wonderful night of music, awards, and donations. We are placing our finest community volunteers to help us. Are you friendly, tech-savvy, able to read small print under low light and comfortable standing on your feet for 2 hours at a time? We would love to have you on our team! Volunteer meal and beverages and lots of gratitude provided! Apply now
Must show a clear covid test 48 hours before event. Must show valid ID for security of guests and workers.
Event Time: 3:30-10pm
Event Overview: Guest check-in, standing reception with a silent auction, dinner, program, and video presentations, live auction, giving opportunity, then a dance band!
Volunteer Roles:
- training on auction app
- facilitate guest registration and check-in,
- silent auction assistance
- live auction spotting
- auction check-out
