Become a part of a GREAT team of people. Be a valued part of our hospice team and make a difference! Provide administrative/clerical support including filing, answering phones, mailings, etc. Supported by office staff.

- Be at least 16-years-old
- Complete comprehensive hospice volunteer training
- Annual TB testing
- Submit to and pass a criminal background screening
- Submit to and pass a drug screening
Volunteers receive training appropriate to their respective volunteer position. Orientation and trainings are scheduled to fit your busy schedule.
Kindred Hospice cares for patients all over the local area. Volunteers can choose where, when and how they give their time!

Description
Kindred at Home and Kindred Hospice seeks to deliver quality professional medical, rehabilitative, palliative and end-of-life care for all patients, including those with acute, long-term or terminal needs. Through our extensive network of affiliates, including Gentiva Health Services, our experienced nurses, therapists and aides focus on each unique patient to deliver the appropriate care and emotional support to our patients and their families.
For our hospice patients and their families, our team of caregivers offers compassion, hope and the alleviation of pain and suffering in an environment of support that provides patients with dignity and recognizes their unique needs as well as the needs of their entire families.
