Love to try new things? Like to give honest feedback? Want to test the waters as our library "guinea pigs"? Then you've come to the right place... :)

JCPL’s Digital Experience Team is looking for volunteers to help with website testing.

No knowledge or skills (beyond general computer use) are needed - your natural reactions provide valuable input into how our online experiences are designed.

You would be "on-call" for periodic testing and would come in to complete a set of tasks in person and give your impressions. There are often tests that can be done at your home as well, or simple and quick preference/impression questions sent via email, if you are willing.
