Lifelong Brookside San Pablo is looking for group class volunteers to help our community gain access to these services. We are a community clinic serving all ages and we just finished construction of our beautiful group room. We will be holding medical groups in this room (Centering Preganancy, Diabetes groups, etc..) but we want to expand the program with any and all offerings for our patients.
Of specific interest are yoga, Zumba, gentle exercise/dance, mindfulness, Tai chi etc... If you are gaining hours for certification or are just interested in making a big difference for our community, please reach out!
(for yoga, there is also an opportunity to work with staff on a donation basis)
