Project Bro Bro is focusing a lot on Parents and we need to recruit interested volunteers to accompany parents and their child to various IEP Meetings throughout the school year to take notes and provide valuable feedback accompanying the parent.
Project Bro Bro will train the individual volunteers to be familiar and knowledgeable about the IEP process. Were looking for outgoing, thoughtful intentional, and articulate individuals to help express vocally the issues or concerns of the student and parent. We are looking for a fewvolunteers to take this on.
The volunteering would be sparadic during the school year and a sneed. The location will be at the Youth's school. These volunteers will also attend 3 Volunteer Parent Trainiings in October 2016, February 2017 and May of 2017.
Looking to help and assist these boys of color with their education planning to achieve high school graduation you will become a Change Agent being apart of the solution!
