Join us for the Great Mission Valley Makeover! We will be working to remove trash and debris at different sites all along the San Diego River and we need your help! Join us as we work to create a healthier river for everyone to enjoy!
Community service can be verified.
We will supply all tools needed to be successful.
This event is family firendly--feel free to bring the whole crew!

Mission Statement
The San Diego River Park Foundation is dedicated to fostering stewardship and appreciation of the region’s namesake waterway. In order to protect and enhance the San Diego River as a place for recreation, habitat, and nature discovery, we are dedicated to engaging people to be stewards of the River and working towards the vision of a 52 mile, river-long system of parks, open spaces, and community places.
Description
We organize many different volunteer stewardship activities each month. River Cleanups, native plant gardening, habitat restoration, volunteer leadership, water quality testing, outreach and education, special event committees, technical committees and more.
