Boulder and Larimer County Hardwood Cuttings Collection
We are thrilled to have located, with the help of our friends, several ecotypic populations of riparian trees and shrubs such as alder, river birch, cottonwoods, and willows throughout several properties in Boulder County and in Estes Park. These are very important species for wildlife habitat and erosion control as well as for shading rivers and streams from the blistering summer sun. With your collection help we will be able to produce new tree and shrub stock for upcoming river restoration events!

Together with our partners, we will be producing 1,000's more native shrubs for future restoration projects. But not without your help.

Don't feel like driving that far yourself? Carpooling from Loveland is always an option and very much encouraged!

Once you are registered and the the date draws near, you will be sent project details with location, directions, and what to bring.
