Small class size facilitates small group interaction


We are seeking volunteers with significant leadership, management, and/or nonprofit experience to lead and facilitate workshops for nonprofit personnel. Expertise on topics such as strategic planing, board development, organizational development, human resources, branding and marketing, financial resource development, high functioning teams, coaching, soft skills, business ethics, nonprofit organization and/or interviewing is highly desirable.

The ideal volunteer will have a passion for community transformation combined with a minimum of 10 years leadership or management experience combined with public speaking skills. some knowledge of nonprofit organizations will be an added plus.
