We are seeking volunteers with significant leadership, management, and/or nonprofit experience to lead and facilitate workshops for nonprofit personnel. Expertise on topics such as strategic planning, board development, organizational development, human resources, branding and marketing, financial resource development, high functioning teams, coaching, soft skills, business ethics, nonprofit organization and/or interviewing is highly desirable.
The ideal volunteer will have a passion for community transformation combined with a minimum of 10 years leadership or management experience. Public speaking skills and some knowledge of nonprofit organizations is an added plus.

ESCC consists of a dedicated group of highly skilled volunteers who have a passion for transforming our community. We give back by consulting, coaching, and/or teaching leadership development to nonprofit organizations who want to become more effective.
Late last year, ESCC merged with ReSource. Later this spring our name will change to reflect our expanded mission.
