Physicicans Choice Hospice is looking for individuals in the Chandler, Meeker, Wellston, Stroud, Bristow, Perkins and Stillwater area to encourage and support patients or families on Hospice in their private homes, Assisted living and in Nursing Facilities. Hospice is a rewarding field that is often overlooked or avoided. If you are a person that would like to read, sing, play games, cook, provide companionship or do crafts and share that gift with our patients and thier families please contact us and we will get you started.

Description
Physicians Choice Hospice is a a hospice orginization which takes pride in our commitment to quality, and in our mission to deliver exceptional care. We achieve this by utlizing an interdisciplinary team of Physicians, Skilled Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains and trained Volunteers to create a circle of care for our patients and their families. Allowing the patient and families support and education to make their own decisions about what is imoprtant to them. Physicians ChoiceHospice respects the decisions of the patient and family to create an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance.
