To become a mentor you must have lived with or lost a parent/ sibling to cancer or are a cancer survivor. You must be able to commit to the program for a minimum of 1 year. The hours shared together are 6-8 hours per month. All mentors must successfully complete and application, interview and background checks. While our kids speak English, we are looking for Spanish-speaking mentors that can communicate with the family as well.
