Under the direction of the Youth & Adult Sports Coordinator, or other assigned staff, the Youth Sports Coach will assist in leading youth sport team programs in accordance with all applicable codes and YMCA of the USA guidelines. This person must demonstrate a commitment to YMCA Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
