Join DC Paws Rescue, a new rescue organization, that helps dogs and cats from underfunded animal control facilities get vetted and come to the DC area to be adopted. We are in need of volunteers who can photograph dog and cats to help them put their best paw forward and greatly improve their chances of adoption.

Mission Statement
DC PAWS Rescue saves stray, neglected, unwanted and abused animals from animal control facilities and places them in safe, supportive and loving foster and adoptive homes in the Washington, DC and surrounding areas.
Description
We are a volunteer only organization and rely on kind hearts and busy hands to keep it all together. We have a close relationship with an adoption partner in Pickens County South Carolina and transport many of our dogs and cats to the DC area to find their forever home.
